Job Description:
Xepto Computing is looking for a passionate and resourceful Customer Care Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. With 3 years of experience in a customer service role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative company that values creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and concerns through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide product information and technical support to customers in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues promptly. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve products and services. 7. Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong project management and critical thinking skills. 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 6. Resourceful problem solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
