Job Description - Remote Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


Penshoppe, a leading fashion retailer based in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a motivated and skilled Remote Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 3. Maintain a strong understanding of Penshoppe's products, policies, and procedures to provide customers with accurate information. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer care processes and suggest innovative solutions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and independent personality traits to effectively handle challenging customer interactions and work autonomously. 3. Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues. 5. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. 6. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure uninterrupted customer interactions.
