Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

As a Customer Care Associate at Tanduay Distillers, Inc., you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Educate customers on product features, promotions, and benefits - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience - Participate in product training and ongoing professional development

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Must be able to work part-time hours
