Job Description:

Kumu, a leading company in the digital communication industry, is seeking a Customer Care Associate to work from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone to address inquiries and issues - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to recommend improvements
