Job Description:


Jollibee Foods Corporation is currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team on a part-time basis in a work-from-home capacity. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and escalating to higher levels of management when necessary. 3. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing solutions to their concerns and needs. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes. 6. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.


Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role for at least 2 years. - Energetic and reliable personality traits. - Strong project management and emotional intelligence skills. - Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
