Customer Care Manager

Job Description:

Cloudstaff is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer care management.

Responsibilities: - Leading and managing a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service - Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handling escalated customer issues and providing appropriate resolutions - Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members - Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills of the customer care team - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer care

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer care management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Persuasion and problem-solving soft skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational and time management skills
