Job Description:
Smart Communications is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. The ideal candidate for this role must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer care or related field and should be at a Mid-to-Senior Level in their career progression.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the customer care team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently - Train and mentor customer care representatives - Monitor performance metrics and report on KPIs to management - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong analytical and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Energetic and able to motivate and inspire a team - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) - Experience with CRM software and contact center technology
