We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join the team at Philippine Airlines. This part-time position is located in Quezon City, NCR, PH and is best suited for individuals with mid-to-senior level experience.
As a Remote Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of customer care representatives who handle inquiries and concerns from our valued passengers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback, resolving escalated customer issues, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you must possess at least 6 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who are confident, dedicated, and possess strong soft skills such as critical thinking and innovation.
