Job Description:
Investagrams is seeking a highly experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective customer care strategies to ensure exceptional customer service experiences. - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. - Monitor customer service metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the finance or technology industry. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and empower a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Energetic and independent personality traits. - Strong problem-solving and research skills. - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices.
