Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Storm Technologies is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in managing customer care teams. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our customer support operations to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the customer care team to deliver exceptional service to our customers. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies and processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 4. Monitor customer feedback and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-focused initiatives. 6. Train and mentor customer care representatives to enhance their skills and performance. 7. Create and review customer care reports and performance metrics.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 3. Strong leadership and organizational skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Confident and reliable personality traits. 6. Presentation and creativity soft skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
