Job Description:
Altitude Games is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Care Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a part-time Customer Care Manager at Altitude Games, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives to provide exceptional service to our customers. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in our products and services. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Train and mentor customer care representatives to continuously improve their skills and performance. 7. Monitor customer care metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer care or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in customer care software and CRM systems. 6. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
