Job Description: BeautyMNL, a leading beauty e-commerce platform in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH, is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer care management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of remote customer care representatives to deliver exceptional service to our customers - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and maximize efficiency - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution
Requirements: - Proven experience in customer care management, preferably in an e-commerce or beauty industry - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and targets - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work effectively in a remote setting - Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
