Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Grab Philippines is seeking a Customer Care Manager to work from home in Makati, NCR, PH. This part-time position is ideal for individuals at a mid-to-senior level with at least 7 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery. 2. Monitor customer care metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 3. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously enhance the team's performance. 8. Manage customer care budget and expenses effectively.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills. 3. Proven experience in managing a customer care team and implementing customer care strategies. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Proficiency in using customer care software and tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 8. Experience in the transportation or technology industry is a plus.
