Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

1Export is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, making it ideal for those who are looking for a remote opportunity in the Parañaque area.


As a Customer Care Manager at 1Export, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all customer care operations. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for training and supervising customer care representatives, as well as implementing strategies to improve customer service processes.


The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 8 years of experience in customer care or a related field. They should be energetic and driven, with a strong attention to detail and excellent research skills. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.


In addition to the above requirements, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:


- Developing and implementing customer care policies and procedures - Monitoring customer care performance metrics and making adjustments as needed - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Handling escalated customer issues and providing timely resolutions - Conducting regular training sessions for customer care staff
