Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

The Customer Care Manager at Stylist in Pocket Technologies is a vital role responsible for managing all customer care operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home, based in Manila, NCR, PH. We are seeking a candidate with a mid-to-senior level of experience in customer service roles, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives and oversee their daily activities. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey. 6. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services. 7. Prepare reports on customer care performance metrics and present findings to senior management.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and reliable individual with a strong sense of responsibility. 2. Excellent project management and negotiation skills. 3. Proven experience in managing customer care teams and implementing customer service strategies. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
