Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Globe Telecom customers, both over the phone and through written communication channels. 2. Handle a wide range of customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues, striving for first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction. 3. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of inquiries or issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's database. 6. Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to deliver cutting-edge solutions and suggestions to customers. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and streamline processes. 9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in customer care operations. 10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security guidelines, when handling customer information and data.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer care role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner. 3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make sound judgments. 4. Innovative thinking and ability to generate new ideas to improve customer care processes. 5. Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to navigate through challenges and meet established goals. 6. Proficient in using customer service software, ticketing systems, and other relevant tools. 7. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 8. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. 9. High level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach. 10. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
