Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Humble Sustainability, a leading sustainability consultancy based in Quezon City, NCR, PH, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued clients.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Assisting with customer onboarding and training to ensure successful adoption of our services - Contributing to the development of customer care policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field - Resourceful and driven with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve effectively - Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with clients - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
