Job Description - Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer care roles. We are looking for adaptable and passionate individuals with strong negotiation and project management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Manage customer accounts, update information, and ensure accurate record-keeping. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer service quality and productivity.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 6. Adaptable and passionate attitude towards customer service. 7. Soft skills in negotiation and project management.
