Job Description:
Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Care Officer to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. 2. Assist guests with hotel reservations, restaurant bookings, and other inquiries related to their stay at the resort. 3. Handle complaints and conflicts, striving to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. 5. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude at all times, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests. 6. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and anticipate the needs and preferences of guests. 7. Assist in project management tasks, such as organizing events or coordinating special requests for guests.
Requirements: 1. Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service. 2. Reliable and punctual work ethic. 3. High emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and empathize with guests. 4. Basic project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Ability to work well in a team environment. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 7. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
