Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


SM Investments Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Care Officer in Makati City, Philippines. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide assistance and information to customers regarding products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing customer care strategies - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Driven and independent, with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
