Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Care Officer to join our team at the Hilton in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standards.


Responsibilities: - Handling inquiries and resolving complaints from guests via phone, email, and in person - Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions - Processing reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently - Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience - Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions - Upholding Hilton's brand standards and values in all interactions with guests


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or hospitality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and motivated personality - Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations - Innovative approach to problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
