Job Description - Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team at DMCI in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients remotely.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. 2. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Processing orders and handling returns. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Utilizing negotiation skills to handle challenging customer situations. 7. Innovating new ways to improve the customer experience. 8. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation. 9. Adhering to company policies and procedures. 10. Participating in training and professional development opportunities.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. A positive attitude and a desire to help others. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 8. Experience with remote work or digital communication tools is a plus.
