Job Description:
Cloudstaff is seeking a Customer Care Officer to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals at the entry level with at least 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. 2. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the best customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable personality traits. 2. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally. 4. Ability to work well in a team and independently. 5. Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
