Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Officer to join our team at Lazada Philippines. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. 2. Reliable and resourceful individual who can work independently. 3. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
