Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Plentina is seeking a dynamic and friendly Customer Care Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and escalations - Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively

Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in computer skills and use of customer service software - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
