Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Grab Philippines is looking for a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR. This position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role. We are seeking individuals who are adaptable and resilient, with strong planning and time management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide information about Grab services, products, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and refunds. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams. 6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 8. Meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs. 9. Stay up-to-date on Grab policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 4+ years of experience in customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work with minimal supervision. 6. Proficiency in MS Office applications. 7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
