Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team at MetroMart in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are motivated and adaptable to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Strong motivation and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent emotional intelligence to effectively connect with customers and understand their needs - Good presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers - Ability to work part-time hours in the office in Parañaque, NCR, PH - Willingness to learn and grow within the company
