Job Description:
Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is currently seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time entry-level position, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide assistance to customers regarding product information, order status, returns, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the company's system. 5. Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. 6. Analyze customer feedback and trends to provide recommendations for improving the customer experience. 7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue. 8. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues at all times.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. 3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. 5. Experience in e-commerce customer service is a plus. 6. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
