Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team at Megaworld Corporation in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update relevant information. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures. 7. Participate in training sessions to enhance customer care skills and knowledge. 8. Meet individual and team performance targets to ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Reliable and resourceful with the ability to handle difficult customer situations. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
