Job Description:
As a Customer Care Representative at Solaire Resort & Casino, located in Makati, NCR, Philippines, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This part-time position is at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and promotions. 4. Process customer reservations and bookings accurately. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the resort's offerings and policies. 7. Handle cash transactions and follow proper cash handling procedures. 8. Assist in organizing and executing customer events and promotions.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and dedicated mindset to handle various customer needs and situations. 2. Strong innovation skills to come up with creative solutions to customer issues. 3. High emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
