Job Description:
Meralco, the leading electric distribution company in the Philippines, is currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work from home, providing part-time support to our valued customers. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and refunds accurately and in accordance with company policies. 4. Maintain a thorough understanding of Meralco's products and services to effectively assist customers with their needs. 5. Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Utilize strategic planning and analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer care processes.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven personality traits to effectively engage with customers and provide exceptional service. 2. Strong soft skills in strategic planning and analysis to identify and address customer needs effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers professionally and effectively. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service. 5. Experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center or similar environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software systems.
