Job Description:

Revolution Precrafted is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Davao City. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 2. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience. 3. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 4. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
