Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Care Specialist at Flowerstore.ph, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This position is part-time and at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve our products and services - Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assisting with special projects and initiatives to enhance the customer experience - Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvement


Requirements: - Resilient and energetic personality traits to effectively handle challenging situations - Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent research skills to gather information and solve problems efficiently - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
