Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience - Provide information about products and services to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Assist in developing customer care policies and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Handle escalated customer issues and find appropriate solutions - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and able to handle stressful situations with ease - Independent and able to work well with minimal supervision - Strong innovation skills and ability to think outside the box - Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
