Job Description - Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Advance is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time entry-level position requires zero years of experience and is ideal for individuals who are dedicated, independent, have excellent planning and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer care processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and offerings to effectively assist customers. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. 8. Assist with training new customer care team members as needed.


Requirements: 1. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 5. Comfortable with remote work and taking ownership of tasks. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
