Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Kumu in Manila, Philippines. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This role is vital in maintaining positive relationships with our customers and fostering a positive brand image.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and hardworking personality - Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
