Job Description - Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description: Expedock is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate level position, the Remote Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a strong work ethic.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes - Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service role - Hardworking and reliable with a strong attention to detail - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision - Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
