Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

Resellee is seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer care role and possess strong strategic planning and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners - Provide support to the sales and marketing teams as needed - Assist in developing and implementing customer care strategies - Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer care role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strategic planning and leadership abilities - Reliable and energetic personality traits
