Job Description - Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience in customer service. As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and providing product information - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary - Update customer records and database with accurate information - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics - Work collaboratively with team members to improve overall customer experience


Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality with a passion for customer service - Excellent time management and adaptability skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
