Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job description:


Sprout Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and issues through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and resolving their concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Assist with training new team members on customer care processes and procedures


Requirements: - Adaptable and reliable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction - Knowledge of customer care best practices and industry trends
