Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and online chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasion skills to effectively handle difficult customer situations - Ability to work independently and problem solve efficiently - Experience in customer service roles preferred
