Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Acudeen Technologies is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. As a Remote Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a calm and efficient manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Managing and updating customer accounts - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining a positive attitude and providing a high level of customer service at all times

Requirements: - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Strong decision-making and persuasion skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
