Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Smart Communications is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and supporting the overall communication efforts of the company.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Managing customer accounts and updating information as needed - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Conducting research to answer customer questions and provide accurate information - Assisting with communication and marketing efforts as needed - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Demonstrating leadership in customer interactions and problem-solving

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong research and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
