Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Cropital is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to clients and investors. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and general support. 3. Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and independent personality traits. 2. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. 6. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. 7. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
