Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Globe Telecom. This is a part-time position located in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat - Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns - Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication with customers - Assist with processing orders, billing inquiries, and account maintenance - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Always strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks

Requirements: - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong time management and communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Previous experience in customer service is required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
