Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and independent Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Globe Telecom in Davao City, PH. This position offers the flexibility to work from home on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer service inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team members - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements: - 4 years of customer service experience - Strong negotiation skills - Attention to detail - Reliable and independent work ethic - Ability to work from home with a quiet and professional environment - Excellent communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent
