We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Jollibee Foods Corporation. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Providing customers with product information and guidance - Processing orders and payments - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay up to date on company policies and procedures - Demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and utilizing project management techniques to address customer needs

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience - Independent and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using computer programs and software - High school diploma or equivalent required
