Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

FlySpaces is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work from home in Pasig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service. This role is perfect for energetic and resourceful individuals with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: -Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat -Assist customers with booking and managing their reservations -Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner -Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction -Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and concerns -Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team

Requirements: -4 years of experience in customer service or a related field -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently -Strategic planning and decision-making skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software -Ability to work independently and as part of a team
