Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

AQWIRE is seeking a passionate and driven Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, refunds, and other inquiries. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Utilize research and planning skills to continuously improve customer service processes. 8. Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Driven to exceed customer expectations and achieve results. 6.
