Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description: ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs effectively - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers - Meet and exceed customer service goals and quality standards set by the company - Utilize problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in using computer software and systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
